The House is located in the town of Hunter, NY, on Route 23A, directly across from Hunter Mountain. It is located in the Scribner Hollow Townhouse complex. It has a southern exposure, which allows for bright sunshine for the winter, and cool southerly breezes in the summer. The views of Hunter Mountain are fabulous.
The House Sleeps 10-12 people comfortably.

The Unit has an open floor concept for the Kitchen, Dining Room, and Living Room. There are sliding doors at both the kitchen and living room. There is an entrance hall closet as you walk in for storage. One bathroom with shower is located on the main floor, and another Full Bath is located upstairs. The Kitchen has Full size Stove, Refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and dishes Sliding doors open to a balcony with a gas BBQ Grill. The Dining room table sits 9 comfortably, with room for 4 additional at the counter. There is a ceiling fan for comfort. The Living Room has a very comfortable sectional sofa with 2 recliners and a sofa bed. A cozy fireplace is available for your use for those cool nights. There are sliding doors to a balcony, which faces the mountain, as well as the outdoor pool. For entertainment, we have a 36" TV with DVD/VCR Player, plus a AM/FM/CD/Tape Player stereo system. Free Wireless Internet Access. Numerous board games are available for your use. Books, magazines, and movies are available for your enjoyment. For additional sleeping accomodations, we offer a full size sleeper bed in the living room

The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed with direct views of Hunter Mountain, with sliding doors and a balcony facing the mountain and the outdoor pool. There is a fabulous view of the Hunter slopes and a southern exposure. The room has a Color cable ready TV , and telephone. There are plenty of dressers for clothing storage as well as a large closet. This room sleeps 2.

The 2nd Bedroom has 2 full size beds plus a twin bunk bed. There is a cable ready Color TV in the room. There is a dresser for clothes storage. The Washer/Dryer combo unit is located in the closet. This room sleeps 5 comfortably.

The 3rd Bedroom has 2 Queen Size Beds. The room has a cable ready Color TV. There are dressers for clothing storage as well as a closet. This room sleeps 4 people comfortably.

Upstairs on the bedroom level, there is a full bath, along with an extra bath vanity in the bathroom hall. Located only steps away, and visiable from our master bedroom balcony is an outdoor pool, open from memorial day till Labor day. Outdoors we offer a picnic table and BBQ grill for your usage.

Directions from NYS Thruway : Take I 87, NYS thruway to Exit 20, Saugerties. After Toll Booth, Turn left at Traffic Light. Follow signs for Rt 32 North. Take this to Rt 32A. Take Rt 32A to traffic light. make left turn onto RT 23A. Take Rt 23A West thru the village of Tannersville. After Tannersville, go about 3 miles. Make a right turn immediately after Welcome to Village of Hunter Sign. This is Scribner Hollow Rd. Make a left turn at 2nd driveway entrance. Building is straight ahead. Unit D1 is located at the western end of the building.
